Please choose one of the 4 options.

1. Blackboard Connect - Email reminders will be sent out via Blackboard Connect (weekly). When you receive the email from Blackboard Connect just click the included link.  The link takes you directly to the Junior High blog. (see the link/url located above)

2. Once you visit the Junior High blog make it a bookmark/favorite on your device.  Simply visit the blog at your convenience for up-to-date information.

3. When you visit the Junior High Newsletter blog enter your email address in “Follow by Email”.  You will receive an email each day a post has been made.

4. Follow the Blog via a “feed reader” app. For example, download the “Smart Feed Reader” app (Itunes or Google Play Store). Add the blog address. Blog posts will immediately show up in the feed reader.

By selecting one of the 4 options, you will choose how often and how immediate you receive Junior High news.

Fall Sport Sign-up Information

Students that are playing a Fall Sport must be signed up via Final Forms (sycamore.finalforms.com). We will not accept paper copies of any forms (except page 3 and 4 of OHSAA Physical Form) 

Follow the steps below to complete the process:

• The parent will create the account using his/her email address.
• Please make sure to select the sport in which your child plans to participate.
• After all forms are filled out, an email will be sent to the student so that he/she can sign necessary forms. (This email will not send until the parent portion is complete). 
• In order to participate on Day 1 of practice/tryouts, all forms must be complete (will turn green on your page).  
• Students will turn in Page 3 and 4 of OHSAA Physical Form to their coach on Day 1 (signed by doctor).  
• If you registered in Final Forms last year, you will need to go on to electronically sign the forms again.  You will not have to fill out the same paperwork again.
