Schedule Pickup is only 1 week away!

Schedule Pickup- August 10th  from 8:00 am to 12:00pm and from 4:00pm to 7:00 pm and August 11th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm  in the Sycamore Junior High cafeteria. Parents and Students should come to finish schools forms if needed, get schedules and locker assignments, turn in medications and immunization records,  and get school pictures taken. More detailed information and directions for this event will follow in the next few days.

Prior to coming to to schedule pickup please be sure of the following:

1. Complete all student forms online at sycamore.finalforms.com
2. Obtain a copy of student immunization records to turn in to the nurse (if previously submitted, an additional copy is not needed)
3. Order school pictures online at mylifetouch.com and using the Picture Day ID: JC506041Q0
4. Pay your student fees online in your parent portal account (you can also pay by cash or check at schedule pickup)
5. Sign up for the SJH PTO - CLICK HERE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP FORM
6. Check out this video to help your child learn to open their locker. You will have the chance to walk the building and test your locker at schedule pickup. CLICK HERE FOR THE VIDEO
