Please keep June 6, 2016 as a date in your calendar for Final Forms.
So what happens on June 6, 2016?
On June 6, 2016 Final Forms will be "resetting" all forms to start the process for 2016-17 online forms updating. On June 6 parents can login to Final Forms and update their forms and/or register a NEW student (example: kindergarten student).
Parents will receive an email from Final Forms on June 6 (at their email on file in Final Forms) and invited to come back to Final Forms and begin updating their information for the 2016-17 school year.
While parents can login anytime and update a form, the 2016-17 process "officially" kicks off on June 6, 2016.
So what about existing or new Sycamore forms that need updating?
Since June 6, 2016 is the date that Final Forms begins the 2016-17 forms update, we need to have any new Sycamore forms or updates to Final Forms by May 20, 2016.
