Announcements 4/27

• 7th graders wanting to join Beta Club need to bring their applications to Mrs. Nagel by Thursday, April 28. No late applications will be accepted! No exceptions!
• April is National Poetry month.  Every year, Sycamore Junior High school students are invited to enter the Mikke (pronounced Mike) Drerup Poetry Contest.     Poems entered in the contest should honor this former SJHS teacher’s positive spirit-- the theme should be uplifting and inspiring.  For more information about the contest, ask your Language Arts teacher or join the Mikke Drerup Google Classroom.  The code is srzno4.
• Deadline for the contest is tomorrow.   
• Attention All 8th Grade Athletes.  If you have played a sport for all 6 seasons at SJH, you qualify for the 110% Award!  Please check the list outside of Mr. Rhoads' office to make sure that your name is on the list.  Let Mr. Rhoads know if you see a problem.
• Track Athletes: If you are not in GMC, please return your track uniform to Coach Shomo in room 215. 
• "SSC will have a short rehearsal during Aviator Bell in the auditorium on Thursday, April 28.  Please report directly to the auditorium."
