Tomorrow students in grade 7 will be working with our School Resource Officer Paul Payne from The Montgomery Police Department. Officer Payne will be providing ALICE training. The purpose of ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) training is to teach strategies to survive a life-threatening event. Students in grade 7 will learn from Officer Payne for approximately 55 minutes in the auditorium.
Students in grade 8 completed this training last year, but they will receive a 30 minute refresher with Officer Payne when 7th grade is finished. If you would like additional information about ALICE training, visit their website www.alicetraining.com
