Student Athlete of the Week!

This week's Student Athlete of the Week are:

Ruben Schraffenberger

This weeks Athlete of the Week for 7th grade Football is Ruben Schraffenberger. By looking at his size, Ruben may not appear to be a large threat on the football feild, but he runs over peopel twice his size week in and week out. Every game we have witnessed Ruben continue to shed tacklers as if they were not even there; in order, to find the end zone. The defense continuously tweak their game plan to eye him up. His great attitude is admireable and contagous. He practices just as hard as he plays in the games and is very coachable. This is all carried over into the classroom as well where he is striving to reach all A's. With his great attitude, Ruben will continue to be a major threat on the football field. We are very proud of Ruben and encourage him to keep up the good work.

Morgan Ringer

Morgan Ringer is a terrific young lady. She embodies everything that we want our student athletes to be; she is hardworking, dedicated, coachable, responsible and always positive. You can always find her with a smile on her face. She is a great example of a STUDENT-athlete; as a student of Mrs. Darbyshire’s ID Language art/History class, she works just as hard in class as she does on the court. She is definitely an asset to the GREEN volleyball team’s success this 2015-2016 season.

Karli Wierwille

Athlete of the week- 8th grade green- Karli Wierwille- Karli shows up to practice with a smile and a sense of determination to work hard and get better at volleyball.  She hits the floor, without concern and is a quiet leader for the Green team.  Karli works well with the 7th graders and in games is one of our best servers and passers.  Great job, Karli!
